And even then there is a solid year of on-the-job training so one can then learn how to be an effective teacher. As a student, you can rest assured that a master in the field who has been exactly where you are and has risen throughout the ranks is instructing you.

Ensure your new-hires have the greatest chance of success by giving them a proper education. We teach everything from the Meet and Greet to Delivery, including Follow-up, Prospecting, and Social Media. Students finish our “Introduction to Auto Sales“ class 100% ready to sell cars on their own with little to no help from management (besides finalizing numbers). Your new-hires can join a live online class or we can show up to teach them in person at your store or auto group!
